Right of Withdrawal within 30 Days
When purchasing products, consumers have the right to return their order within 30 days without providing any reason. This withdrawal period begins the day after the product is received by the consumer or a designated representative.

Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order will proceed to shipping, and we won't be able to make any changes or cancellations. Once shipped, you may return your order following our Returns Policy if you’re not satisfied.

Conditions during the Cooling-Off Period
During this period, we ask that consumers handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used as necessary to determine if it meets expectations. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned with all included accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Notification and Return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product, either in writing or via email. After this notification, the product must be returned within 30 days. Proof of return, such as a shipping receipt, must be provided.
Received the Wrong Product?
We do our utmost to carefully check every order, but mistakes can happen. If you have received the wrong product, please email a photo of the product to info@alomae-manchester.co.uk . Our customer service team will ensure a quick resolution.
Received a Damaged or Defective Product?
Quality is our top priority, but in rare cases, a damaged product may be shipped. In such cases, you do not need to return the product. You may keep or dispose of it. Simply email us at info@alomae-manchester.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. After verification, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policy
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used or damaged.
- Hygiene products, such as underwear, face masks, or beauty products.
- Products that have been altered or customized.
- Products that are not in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
