Delivery time varies between 5 to 10 business days.

Update: Most packages arrive faster! You will typically receive your order within 5-7 business days.

If 5 to 10 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@alomae-manchester.co.uk We will look into the status of your package.

To return an item, simply contact our customer service at info@alomae-manchester.co.uk. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #1234) from your confirmation email, and the reason for the return.

We will send you the return address and confirm the return. You can then send the product back to us via the courier of your choice.

Unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost depends on the chosen courier. Please refer to the courier's website for more information on pricing.

There is a return window of 30 days, starting from the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions attached to returns:

  • The return period has not yet expired.
  • The item is in its original packaging, and all tags are still attached.
  • The product has not been used.
